Shroud Knights were founded in the ancient times during the forging of the Six Realms. Other than the time of their origins the Shroud Knight is a mystery. Knights that some how wield the terrifying powers of the shadows of undeath!

Shroud Knight’s Oath – They give into the dark forces of the nether. This grants them a +2 Competence bonus against Mind Effecting.
Summon Shadow – At first level a Shroud Knight may summon a shadow to aid him in combat. This acts as a Summon Monster spell. Duration equals 1 Round per Hit Dice of the Shroud Knight. At third level, the Shroud Knight Gains this ability again; However, They may summon a Spectre or 2 Shadows. At fifth level, The Shroud Knight can summon a Greater Shadow, 2 Spectre, or 3 Shadows per use.
Shadow Familiar – Gain a Shadow as a Companion. This is similar to a Wizards Familiar. It looks however the Shroud Knight wishes it to look upon creation. It Grants the shroud knight +3 Stealth Checks.
Darkness Blade – Once a day, A Shroud Knight can activate a terrifying effect upon his blade. His Shadow Familiar enters his blade, thus infusing it with negative energy. This effect last 10 Min per Shroud Knight Level. Each hit deals an additional 1d8 Negative Energy Damage.
Cold and Callous – The Shroud Knight becomes immune to Fear and Despair. Any fear or demoralizing effect; Such as Crushing Despair or other spells that incite sadness.
Shadow Blade – Once per day, This acts as Darkness blade with an additional effect, Every time the shroud knight strikes the victim suffers a -1 Strength Damage (As per shadow touch attack ability); Furthermore, If the Shroud Knight scores a critical hit, The Negative Energy burst in a 10 ft radius dealing 1d10 damage to all. As well as 1 additional Strength Damage to the victim struck!
Shade’s Form – 1 Round per Level of the Shroud Knight per day (Max of 5 Rounds) The Shroud Knight may gain the Incorporeal Template. Furthermore, All his equipment while wielded by him is considered “Ghost Touched” during this form.
